How it works
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your AI2BLOGS purchase price ($49 USD or local equivalent).
- No reason required.
- No "did you really try it?" questions.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email dalmatia2000@gmail.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your Lemon Squeezy order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
That's it. You'll get a confirmation within 24 hours and the refund will be initiated.
What we ask in return
Your licence to use AI2BLOGS is revoked upon refund. Please delete your copy — we trust you to do this. There's no DRM, no licence enforcement, no way for us to verify it. It is simply the honest thing to do.
What is NOT refundable
The following costs are not refundable by the seller, because the seller does not receive them:
- Anthropic API charges — these are billed by Anthropic directly to your account. To dispute API charges, contact Anthropic.
- Your blog hosting fees (WordPress, Ghost, etc.) — paid to your hosting provider.
- Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
After the 7-day window
After 7 days, refunds are no longer guaranteed. However, if AI2BLOGS stops working due to a bug, an unfixed issue, or a problem caused by the seller, contact dalmatia2000@gmail.com and we will work with you in good faith to find a solution — including a refund where appropriate.
EU consumer rights
If you are an EU consumer purchasing AI2BLOGS through Lemon Squeezy, you may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). However, this right can be expressly waived for digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Lemon Squeezy collects this consent at checkout.
Our voluntary 7-day refund policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you have under EU or local consumer law. If your country grants you stronger consumer protection rights, those apply.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please email us first — we will almost certainly resolve it faster than a bank chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in the refund being refused (since we would have refunded you directly), and may affect your ability to purchase from Lemon Squeezy in the future.
